Some methods for capturing screenshots on your Lenovo laptop are Windows 10 exclusive, while others are compatible with older versions of the operating system.

Taking a Screenshot on A Lenovo Laptop with Windows 10

If you’re using a Lenovo laptop running Windows 10, you have two options for capturing a screenshot:

Choice 1:

1. The Windows key must be held down
2. The laptop’s PrtSc key must be pressed.
3. There will be a brief interval of screen darkness.
4. Save the image to your computer’s hard drive in the Screenshots folder.

Choice 2:

1. Ctrl+Shift+Enter to open Windows
2. Tap the letter W on your keyboard.
3. Whenever you mouse over the right-hand side of the screen, a menu bar will pop out.
4. Go to File, then ScreenSketch.
5. This is the stage at which you can make whatever changes you like to the image.

Here’s what you need to do if you’re using a non-standard installation of Windows on your Lenovo laptop:

To copy and paste, just hit the PrtSc key on a computer keyboard.

How to Take a Screenshot on Your Hp Laptop

Capturing a screenshot on every HP laptop, regardless of model, is a simple and fast process.

The ‘Print Screen’ key is typically located beside the Delete key on HP laptop keyboards. Depending on the design, this could be shortened to PrtScn or Prt SC.

To take a screenshot, simultaneously click the Windows and Print Screen keys.
The entire display will be recorded.
Launch an image editor, such as Paint.
Copy the image by pressing CTRL+V.
You can choose to save the image as a JPG or a PNG.

Grab a Think Pad Screenshot with Function + Print Screen

Pressing the Function and Print Screen keys simultaneously saves a screenshot quickly. In most Lenovo laptops, these functions are shortened to Fn + PrtSc.
